Monthly billing cycle starts the day you create an account and auto renews each month with new minutes.
Purchase additional additional minutes using the Top Up tool on our account management portal.
Minutes do not roll over.
Recharging of your monthly plan to get a full set of new minutes with a new billing date is not allowed.
Monthly plans automatically renew each month, but there are no contracts. You can stop your service from monthly renewal at any time by contacting customer service at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.
No refund policy. Once a payment has been processed we cannot issue a refund, except in the case of the 30-day money back guarantee.

Sharing Encouraged

Some services restrict you to 1 or 2 numbers per account, but India LD lets you register up to 20 phones. This means you can share with friends or your office, making it easier to manage – and letting the whole group share low international calling rates to India.
