Your password will be emailed to the address on your account immediately.
If you get your password and find that it does not work, you probably put special characters in it (for instance @#$%^!?). Our system lets you do this, but it will not let you login. This was a bug that we have fixed, however we need to manually change your password.
Your month starts the day you create an account with us and will be good until that day next month. If for instance you purchase our 1000 minute plan on April 15th, then your month will run from April 15th through May 14th. On May 15th, your account will renew and you will get a fresh set of minutes.
To check what day you will be billed, login to your account. After you have logged in, look at the right hand column on your Account Home Page for Activation Date:
Activation Date: 04/15/2009
The day of the month of your activation date (in this case the 15th), is the day you will be billed next.
All of our access numbers are normal business phone numbers. They are not toll free numbers. This means you will pay any long distance charges associated with calling our access numbers.
In the USA, all of our access numbers are located in California. In India, our access number is located in Bangalore. Check with your phone service provider to see what your costs are for calling those destinations.
3. In your account pinless dial settings, make sure that for US numbers you do not put 1 before the area code. Your number should look like 3105551111, not 13105551111.
For India numbers, you need to put the country code (91) so the number looks like 91XXXXXXXXXXX.
4. Do you have multiple accounts with us? Your pinless dial number can only be used in one account at a time. Please make sure it exists only in the account you intend to use at this time. Having multiple accounts with IndiaLD can cause service and billing issues. We recommend that you cancel one of them.
If you are still having problems, fill in the form below:
If you get an Invalid Account Number message when you call our prompt, this means that something is wrong with the account number entered. Possible issues are:
1. You dialed the wrong account number at the prompt.
2. Your account is out of minutes and used up the credit limit.
3. Your monthly billing charge failed.
4. You asked to have your account deactivated or canceled.
Please check the status of your account by logging in. If your account's monthly billing failed, check your email because we email all accounts in this situation.
If you believe that your account is in good standing and should be allowed to make calls, submit the form below:
We offer a Bangalore access number that you can use to call from India to the US or the 27 other countries included in our plans.
The prompt for the Bangalore access number works just like the one in the US. You either need to have added the calling party's phone number to your pinless dial settings, or they need to enter your account number into the prompt.
To add someone to your Pinless Dial, follow these steps:
Login to your account.
On the Account Home Page (https://www.indiald.com/eu/mainmenu.asp), click on the Add New Pinless Dial link.
Now you need to add the Indian phone number you want to be able to make calls with. Make sure the number is formatted like this: 91XXXXXXXXXXX. You need to include India's country code on the start of the number, followed by the rest of the phone digits.
With the Indian phone number added, that caller can now dial our Bangalore access number 80 42614700 and just make a call to the US or the 27 other countries we offer calling to.
Important: By adding someone else's phone number to your account, you are sharing your minutes with them. When they make a call, it will deduct from your monthly minutes. If you are over your monthly minutes, the call will be charged 3.9 cents per minute which is our normal overage fee.
