		<description>The agent was confused. There is a fair usage limit of 5000 minutes per month on the Aircel 1 to 1 plan. That fair usage limit is for both phones together, so for instance you could make 3000 minutes from Canada and 2000 from India or any other combination that sums to 5000.

Our Aircel Unlimited Calling Circle plan only allows 1000 minutes of calling from Canada with the rest coming from Aircel numbers in India.</description>

		<description>I called last on June 24th and did a 500 minutes top up, I also told that I will be leaving soon and I dont want my account to be recharged on the next billing cycle, whereas my credit card was charged today. I was told by the agent, I was even told that I will be able to make call till 30th July using the 500 minutes topped up on 24th June and the credit card will not be charged any further. Could you please deactivate my account with immediate affect and refund my money ASAP. Thanks. My account id : 5447207679</description>

We are working out the problem with them so that they actually route the calls to landlines correctly, or pass the call down to the next carrier if they cannot do it. This will be fixed shortly or these guys will lose our business.</description>
