Help Us Help You Connect Your Calls
Ever face the problem where a number you have been calling for weeks or months on end stops connecting? You know that the number is good, but IndiaLD is not connecting it like they used to. You dial again, then again, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
This happens to our customers from time to time, and their reaction is often too get frustrated and then say that IndiaLD has gone to #(*$#$&%! Rightly so. Our job as a phone company is to connect phone calls. I’d be mad if I was paying somebody to do one thing and they can’t get it done. Luckily, this problem is actually easy to fix if you tell us.
We use the best carriers to deliver our calls to India. I’d love to name them but I can’t. Regardless they are all companies that you have heard of, and they do a great job 99.9% of the time. The other .1% of the time there is an issue. Usually its connecting to a landline in India but sometimes its a mobile number.
We have our carriers’ ears. If a number that you are used to calling stops working, tell us, and we will work directly with our carriers to fix the problem. 9 times out of 10 when this happens, we take the number, test it with the carrier and they find a problem on their end and fix the connection. If they cannot, we’ll change our route for that destination to a carrier that can.
We deliver over a million minutes of calls a day to India. We have great call stats, but some very specific numbers or regions end up having problems that won’t show up in the stats. If you experience a problem with a number you call regularly, tell us and we will troubleshoot the issue. Use our contact form and fill in the section labeled My Call Will Not Connect Or It Drops or email me directly at chris@indiald.com.
When you contact us make sure to include the access number you are using, the destination number you are calling, and whether it is mobile or landline. If it is a landline please include the city name.
Unlike some of the other guys out there, we don’t cut corners, we have not and will not go to $*%&!, and we want to hear from you when you have a problem.
