NZ Auckland Pinless Dial Issue

We are having a problem with our Auckland, NZ access number. Our provider down there is not passing the caller ID over to us. Without caller ID, our pinless dial feature will not work.
A ticket has been opened up with our provider and we are pressing them to resolve the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. All of the other calling features work fine, you just need to enter your account number for the time being.
I will update this post once the issue has been fixed.
Update: This problem has been fixed. Our access number provider in NZ fixed the way they were sending the incoming caller ID so that everything is working again fine.

I have realized a problem with the pinless dial feature since the past few days as well.
Apparently when I call the access number,it has been detecting the caller id as 61190020-64-9-. And, I have set my pinless dial number in the same format. And thankfully, I haven’t had to enter my account number since then.
However, when I call the number in India, the number appears in a similar format or it says as ‘private number’ in the recipients caller id.Though its not a major issue, but maybe something you’ll could look into.

I have been experiencing problems in dialing the access number in Auckland. The call never connects, mostly happens during the evening and night times. I have reported this to the technical support team many a time because this has been happening for weeks but no-one seems to be resolving the issue.
Other than this issue, I love this service!
