<a href="#comment-1121" rel="nofollow">@Manoj</a>
It is the same price to call the US from Canada as it is to call India. All of our destinations bill at the same rate. You cannot call the middle east with our plans. All the destinations there are too expensive.

<a href="#comment-1124" rel="nofollow">@sunny</a>
To stop your plan from renewing next month, you need to contact our customer service department.

You can share you plan with someone in another country. You will either need to add their phone number to your pinless dial settings in the account management area of IndiaLD or give them your account number to enter when they call their local access number.

@pratz: Our monthly plans are valid for one calendar month starting on your signup date. If you do not use your minutes for 2 weeks then you need to finish them off in whatever time you have left in the month. Our monthly plans automatically renew each month unless you call customer service and cancel your plan.

You are probably better off switching to our 1.5 cent pay as you go calling card. That calling card is valid for 90 days and does not automatically renew. Instead you can come to the website and add credit when you need it.

@vel: is costs 1 to 1.5 cents per minute to call UK and Netherlands landlines. We do not offer calling to mobiles in either country.

@Tara: We have 3 different validities:

1. Our monthly plans (IndiaLD 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, and 3000) are only good for one calendar month starting on your signup date. These plans automatically renew each month unless you cancel.

2. Our Pay As You Go calling card is good for 90 days. It charges a slightly higher rate to call India (1.5 cents per minute), but gives you more flexibility and does not renew automatically.

3. Our 007 Deal is a special promotion which gives you 5000 minutes and has a validity of 45 days. You need to manually renew that when you credit runs out.

@Biju: We do not have a toll free number. Most of our customers call our access number from their cell phones or have free US long distance on their home phones which is why we only offer California access numbers. It helps us to keep our rates low.
