You cannot call India from Saudi Arabia using our service. We do not have access numbers there.

You can call Netherlands and UK landlines for the same rate as it costs to call India (1 to 1.5 cents per minute depending on the plan). Our plans do not include calling to mobile numbers in either country.

@Anand
We will work on increasing the amount of numbers that we offer for easy dial.

@SR
Where are you specifically calling? Is it land or mobile...if mobile what carrier are you calling to? If land, what cities?

@krishna
Qatar is a closed market. We do not have access numbers available to us there.

@C.C. Reddy
You can call Japan landlines with your account. You cannot call Japanese mobile phones from your account.

Laterly the quality of calls has been terrible. The clarity is poor and there is a lot of latency. Can you please comment on when the call quality will improve

IndiaLD is great and I am using it since last 7 months. I switched from the stanacard.com which was the preferred India calling service. Price wise IndiaLD is better. However, I miss the unlimited easy access numbers provided by Stanacard. IndiaLD provides only 10 numbers to be setup as easy access number which is very less I believe. The limit should be increased.

@Manjusha
Our monthly plans (India LD 500-3000) are all 30 day validity plans. Each month your minutes renew.

@Vimal
Your existing monthly minutes will get used up before we start using the balance for the 007 plan. Given how many minutes you get for that plan, its probably best to first use up all your monthly minutes before signing up for the 007 plan.

@Saroj
@Partha
We have no plans for additional access numbers in India right now.
