    Hi guys,

    I am a probable customer for you guys at this stage. Gone through your website seems pretty self-explanatory but have a few hiccups for you to answer and get my confusion cleared:
    1.Wil the payment go through in USD everytime? asking this mainly to know if would get bank surcharge for INTL transaction every month if i take up this service!
    2.How does the pinless system work? Does ur access number expect a call from my Landline or something?
    3. Site Talks about SMS to India too…Can you elaborate about it?

    @Chintan Desai
    1. Yes we bill in USD for all transactions.

    2. You use the website to setup pinless dialing. Once you enter your phone numbers for pinless dial via the website, call from those phones will authenticate automatically.

    3. It is a web based SMS tool. You login to the website and can then send an SMS through a form. We’ll then deliver that to any mobile phone in India.

    Hope that answers your questions, and that you signup with IndiaLD.

    Hi, I am Karan. I was wondering that if all transactions will be done in USD than what about the service charge and all other charges if I transfer from Australian $ ? because, I stays in Melbourne Australia. Your website provides the details that I can use this service even thought I stay in Aus not in US, but it does not shows the charges of AUD or it does not shows that if i pay through AUS $ than am I suppose to pay anything extra than difference of two currency? how should I calculate how much I am supposte to pay all togather if I try with a lowest monthly plan or a calling card? where do I can buy calling card? anyone can give me some feedback please? thanks.

    @Rohit
    Dial 001161 then the number. Do not include a 0 at the start of the number as if you were dialing in Australia. Also realize that we only connect to Australia landlines as mobiles are too expensive to include in our plans.

    @Rohit
    The same rate as from Australia to India. Landlines only.

    @karan
    All of our charges are in USD. We do not handle any currency conversion charges. You would have to check with your bank or credit card company regarding whether or not they charge fees to process charges in USD.

    @ajjs
    We do not offer a SIM card. Instead you sign up for a plan with us, call our access number, and then dial to India through there.
