We have lowered prices on all of our plans.

In addition to that amazing offer, we’ve also lowered prices on all of our plans:

Plan Old Rate New Rate Savings! Cents/Min
IndiaLD 500 $  11.95 $     9.95 $    2.00 2
IndiaLD 1000 $  19.95 $    16.95 $    3.00 1.7
IndiaLD 1500 $  23.85 $    21.95 $    1.90 1.4

We are constantly working to give you the best deal to stay connected to India. Whether that’s adding new features like the ability to send free SMS to India, or cutting costs so that you can spend less to talk more, IndiaLD can be counted on to stay the best deal on the market.

Existing customers: If you want to change your plan to take advantage of our new lower costs, login to you account and use the Account Upgrade Downgrade tool to change your plan.

    Good Luck and Best Wishes for your Prosperity. Otherwise we cannt njoy ur service.——-s3kbiz@ny.com

    Thanks for the comments guys.

    @Yadwinder
    We do not limit speed dial entries…The easy dial limit it set at 10 right now. If people want more, we can add more. Our mobile apps that we are working on are going to read someone’s address book and setup easy dial numbers for every India destination in there.

    @Mathew
    We’ve tried this with another product of ours and it didn’t work out too well.

    @smit
    @Krishna
    Not happening anytime soon. Its hard to setup in India. Maybe when the powers that be there liberalize policy a bit.

    @Naveen riaz
    We are still working hard on mobile app development. Our first pass at it hit a wall so we had to come up with a new design. The team is moving along on that and we should be rolling out products for the various platforms this fall.

    @Jyoti Kamthe
    We haven’t had a ton of demand for a soft phone solution. If people pipe up and want it, we can look into adding that service.

    September 13th, 2009 at 19:45 | #20

    Hi that is great and is there a way we can help you add clients?

    The access numbers (Vancouver) do not respond many a time. Is there a way to take care of this nagging issue?

    Since you doing a great job do not take it as a complaint.

    Appreciation stands.

    Hi,
    I am an existing customer and was on IndiaLD 3000 Plan prior to the rate change, do I still need to do an Account Upgrade Downgrade to receive new rates on the same plan? or will you guys do an automatic change from the date when the rates went into effect?
    Also, you guys need to add more of Toronto access numbers; one ain’t enough and can feel it especially on weekends when everyone is calling and you keep getting fast busy.
    Thanks!

  22. September 14th, 2009 at 03:49 | #22

    There are many Indian stays outside of India but not in US/UK. for them soft phone will be the best. Recent time 3G has become more affordable and 3G phone also with in reach of mass. Having a softphone will be really great.

    At least I am being in Malaysia can take advantage of indiaLD.

  23. Yadwinder
    September 14th, 2009 at 08:32 | #23

    Still its hard to compete vonage as they are giving unlimited to all 60 country only for $25 +tax… Most of the InidaLd customers are started moving towards vonage… not only that they are giving 2 month refferal mean 2 months free…………..

  31. September 15th, 2009 at 16:11 | #31

    @KAMAL
    @Dharmesh
    I’ve told our phone network guy Jesse to check in on our Canada access numbers and get things running better up there. To me it sounds like we need some more capacity, but we’ll see what he says.

    Also Dharmesh – Your price will lower automatically. No need to do anything other than enjoy your savings.

    @S$$$
    You are the only person I have heard who is having SMS problems. We deliver a couple thousand a day. Maybe the problem is with the subscriber in India or the mobile plan he is on. What mobile network is he on in India?

    @sunny
    We’ve lost a few people to Vonage, but we are also getting a lot of them coming back to us. While the idea of unlimited sounds great, Vonage caps your minutes at 5000 per month. You have to call from your home with Vonage. You can’t use your cell phone. You can’t share your minute. You have a 1 year contract, and its more like $34 a month when you toss in all their extras. Finally, I would not be surprised at all if Vonage drops India from their “unlimited” plan in the next couple of months. They are going to lose money on a large segment of that customer base.

    @Yadwinder
    We need to sort out a new block of numbers that we want to use. Its on the project list, so hopefully in a few weeks.

    @Dwija
    Good to see we have fans in other countries. Let me investigate a soft phone solution and see what sort of work it would require.

    @Everyone
    Again thanks for all the support and positive feedback. Having such a loyal and happy customer base makes the work worthwhile. Keep on spreading the good news about IndiaLD.

    Hi There, we have been using India LD regularly and we always try to be loyal to it as well due its competitive rates and services. Thank you for everything. However, for last ten days or so, we are having FRUSTRATING experience dialing the EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA local India LD number. This number 780-638-2750 seems to be unavailable (may be engage ??) for significant times and almost 50 to 60 percentage of attempts we all made. Some time have to dial this number for 30 minutes to get it available and hence,we have been facing to call India whenever we need to on immediate basis. Hopefully, the concerned personnel would look into edmonton number and if needed, make our life easier towards so that we have this number easily available whenever we need to dial and use it. Thank you
    Keyur

    September 24th, 2009 at 08:37 | #44

    The day I get rollover minutes – I am going to sign up for indiald. I just don’t want to be under a contract of finishing up my minutes or would be gone. Also, I don’t want to buy a cheaper contract to avoid that since that becomes expensive than other operators.

    Just a thought!

    INDIALD rocks…. This is such a fantastic service. The only thing I would like to see is some local Access number in Maharashtra-India (non-Mumbai) so that my near and dear ones can call me whenever they want at local-mobile-landline call rates.

    Once again thanks a lot for fabulous service. Keep up the good work…
    (I am sure there are tons of more satisfied customers than the ones who are replying here… Thanks of their behalf too…)

    Good Price. Moreover Good deal on monthly billing. I dont like to keep a track of my minutes. I took a 1000 minute plan. As simple , I knew I need less that that minutes. But its a peace of mind , that I have to pay only 16.99 per month. No more worry , No more silly bothering wasting our minutes in counting pennies.

    @raj
    Yes Raj, our access numbers are normal phone lines and you will be charged by your mobile operator for calling them.

  63. October 11th, 2009 at 08:07 | #63

    @dpk
    Not happening. UK, Australia, and Japan mobiles are very expensive to call so we cannot include them in with our plans.

  64. October 11th, 2009 at 08:08 | #64

    @kirit
    We are a monthly billing system so you get billed every month for using our service. You also get a fresh set of minutes to call with every month.
    There are no contracts however, so you can just use us for one month then cancel the service if you do not like it.

  65. October 11th, 2009 at 08:11 | #65

    @ak
    Working on adding more easy dial numbers.

    @keyur
    Sorry about that problem. We added additional capacity to our Canada access numbers and added backup access numbers from a different provider. You should not have this problem again.

    @Bijoy
    These rates are valid from the 12 countries that we have access numbers in: http://indiald.com/access.html.

  1. No trackbacks yet.
