Canada Access Number Issues

September 21st, 2009

We are aware that we are having problems with our Canadian access numbers. We have been trying to resolve the issues with our access number provider in Canada, but they are taking longer to fix the problem that we would like. In order to ensure that our Canadian customers get the service that they deserve, we are obtaining additional access numbers from a second provider. That might take a few more days, but I will post them on the website as soon as they are available. We will also provide some additional free minutes to everybody up in Canada who has been inconvenienced by this issue.

Sorry about this, it will be resolved soon.

We are going to look into offering a toll free plan in Canada that is a slightly higher per minute rate. We are also going to offer soft phone calling soon, so you will be able to make calls from your computer to India.

Sorry about this. We are working on fixing problems with our access number providers. We do offer alternate access numbers in most cities. If one does not work, try the other.
