Customer Service Now 7 days a week, 18 hours a day

As promised, we have expanded our customer care hours to be 7 days a week and 18 hours a day. Customer service will now be available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time and from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Pacific time 7 days a week.
We had been staffing those hours for the last week to break the team in. Now that they have some experience, its time to let everyone know about our expanded hours.

Great Service, although I didn’t feel the need for customer service in last 3 months I have been using IndiaLD (speaking only for myself here).
And one more thing, may be you wanted to say 18 hours a day ? or is my math that bad

I found another calling site to call to india nd they are giving 526 minutes for $10 only, no other costs..I am really satisfied with indiald and with such a less price I might think about the other one.

I am living in USA, if I buy IndiaLD calling card, would i be able to make calls to Bahrain also (apart from india)?
If so, what is the cost per call?
