    @Mohammad Sayyad
    My bad. I put the wrong access number on there. The original London access number is still good and in use. Make your calls to (44) 2033188199.

    I have an India call plan with your service. Now I wants to make phone call to Australia. I would like to know how does that works and what is the access code number for calling to Australia – I have only one number to call in Australia. That is a mobile number. Please give me the information about this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Hey Chris,

    Aprat from London access nos all the other nos r asking me to put account no. On adding the account no it says invalid account no. London access no is working fine.

    Also, as i am recommending India Ld to all my friends they were asking if they use thr UK credit card wl they get a charge for international transaction?

    Cheers Gulshan

    @Gulshan

    We believe that we have fixed the UK pinless dialing issue. Please test it out. Those new numbers were passing a few extra digits that we were not expecting.

    Gulshn – I cannot comment on whether or not UK customers would be charged for an international transaction. We have not heard any of our customers talking about this, but the charge is entirely up to the issuing card’s bank so your friends would need to check with the financial institution and not us.

    We do not offer calling to Australian mobile phone numbers. Sorry, but it is very expensive to terminate to mobiles down under. Perhaps your friend should call you using AussieCall a service we run that offers free international calls from Australian mobile phones to the US, India, and 70 other countries.

    @Singh
    We are investigating this problem. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Are you able to make calls on the other Australian access numbers?
