New Site Design and Enhanced Customer Service
If you hadn’t noticed, we just launched a new design for the website. It was time to update our look and reflect our shift to a more full serviced provider of India calling products. The first time you visit the new site, you might find yourself between the old look still cached on your browser and the new look. If you are having that problem, just refresh the pages.
We also launched customer service phone and live chat support. Right now the hours are very awkward (9:30PM to 5:30 AM PST, 7 Days A Week), but that will only be for a short period of time while our team gets trained on the phones and fully staffed. We expect to offer 16 hour a day phone and chat support in the next 2 weeks and have the phones open at more convenient hours.
Since phone support is new, it might take our team a little bit of time to get comfortable. Please be gentle and help them along with their first couple of calls.
As always, we want to hear your feedback about these most recent enhancements. Let me know what you think of the new site, and if there is anything that needs fixing or could be better. After this, we are turning to two projects: upgrade/downgrade tool and free SMS to India.
SMS is going to be web-based for now, except in Australia. Australian customers, we should have a way to send free SMS from your mobile to Australia really soon.
And yeah, I know the blog is still on the old design. We’ll get that moved over soon.
The website looks amazing……really impressed by the website and the progress in the call quality is wonderful….referred a lot of frnds to this site. and they are also very happy…………thanks IndiaLD team…….
Forgot one thing….the top up mins idea is amazing, thats helping me a lot……
One suggestion, i just observed that every time i try to login, i have to enter the account number. Before the acct number had a option saying ‘remember me’. IF you could bring that back, it would be gr8…..

The new look is great. Gives a feel of a well thought of service. Having experienced the call service for a few months now, I am quite satisfied. I hope the incremental cost of extended customer service support is off set by an increased business and not the obvious. Keep up the good work and rest assured we (your customers) will do the sales job for you.
Wonderful. Like the new lay out. Offering the customer support number is a welcome change and I hope that the times will be changed soon (like you said in the next two weeks) so that it will be easy for people like me who are in east coast and making regular calls to India in the evening and in case if we run into any issues that needs a customer support. Thanks for listening to us and make all the changes and enhancements to (y)our wonderful service.

It is wonderful to see a new professional look to the website. I really love the services that you are providing. Earlier I tried many service providers but none satisfied me the way your service does. You give every feature that Reliance gives us but still you are cheap and thats what I love. Also, the new top up program is awesome. Thanks for an awesome service.

The new website is simple and nice, but “Remember me” option at sign-in will make our lifes much easier
I have been using indiald services from quite sometime and all I have to say is that I dont have any complaints which in my perspective is a very good sign. I ensured that I recommended indiald to all my friends and almost none of them had any complaints. Thanks for the services.

We have fixed this. The checkbox now works.
The new website is good. Also the customer service number and the online help are added thats great!!!!
