as u said u dont want to call from access number we are ready to refund your amount for unused minutes as u written in comment # 4 (Any Canada customer who would have to make a long distance call to use our new local access numbers, can request a refund for their account. We will give refund to you the pro-rated amount of your unused minutes for the month.)so that i did my cancelltion,but now they are tellin,we cant cancel u want to use it,,wats happenin there,pls help me,i want my money back..

i got a mail tat (We have processed your cancellation and you can continue to use our service until 7/27 or until you run out of minutes, whichever comes first) from india ld,actually i want to cancel my account and i want my money back,in this mail u written’d lik i want to wait till my grace period or my minutes ending,this is not the correct responding,i want a correct answer,waitin for u r reply….

bcos ther is no use calling from another province access number.so without misundrstanding pls re pay the amount..

@prasanna There are no access numbers available in Saskatchewan. I replied above in comment 4 about this. We will give you a refund for any unused minutes on your account, just contact customer service and let them know you are in Canada and we do not offer a access number local to you. @Neerja Raj Kalra @Alpha @Sreedevi Kammara I will check and see if we can get numbers for Sudbury, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.
