As part of out efforts to better communicate with our members, we just put up the IndiaLD blog. This will replace our news page. While the old news page had a certain quaintness and quiet dignity about itself, a full on Word Press blog complete with RSS feeds and all the bells and whistles will do a better job.

We have created a new contact form as part of our efforts to improve our customer service. From now on, all customer service inquiries must be submitted here:

The new process has a series of customized forms which will collect specific information necessary to complete support requests as quickly as possible. We have also changed our customer contact software to Mailtank which is a big improvement over our old service.

We are no longer taking support requests through email.


This should help us speed up processing customer support requests, and reduce the amount of time it takes to get back to you. If you are still waiting for a response to a request submitted via email or through our old form, we will get back to you. You do not need to send another request in.
